• Check in is between 3 and 6pm.  Check out 11am.  Other times are available by arrangement.   Baggage storage is available with early check in or late departures.
• Maximum occupancy per room is 2 people.  By prior arrangement, we can accommodate a third person on a rollaway bed (with an additional fee.)
• Guest rooms and facilities are ONLY for the registered guests.  Sorry, but unregistered guests will result in you being asked to leave.  PLEASE DO NOT LET UNREGISTERED GUESTS IN.
• Sorry, no pets in the Inn.  Pets are accepted in the Wee Anchor.  See Pet Policy for rules and limitations. 
• Children by arrangement only.  The inn is not 'child proof' and cannot accommodate children under six years old. 
• QUIET TIME is from 11 pm to 7 am.  Our Inn is located in a residential area, so please kindly be considerate of other guests and our neighbors.
• NO SMOKING anywhere inside the house, porches, balcony, rooms or the 'Wee Anchor.'  A private smoking area is provided in the back garden.
• Parking is limited, so only one car per room.   We highly recommend you leave your car on the mainland.  Once on the island you can take a taxi the short distance to our Inn.  Bicycles and golf carts are readily available for easy travel.  The Inn has four bicycles you may use for free.
• Reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.  Deposits are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.  There will be no refunds for cancellations that occur within fourteen (14) days of arrival date unless the room is re-rented.  No refunds for early departures or no shows.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

If you would like your pet to accompany you during your stay at the Wee Anchor cottage, please read all of the information on this page before making a reservation. We are a pet friendly Bed & Breakfast which means that at our discretion, certain pets may accompany their owner's during their stay with us.

• There is an additional charge of $20 per night for each pet.
• Guests with a pet must get approval from the innkeeper when the reservation is made.
• Depending on availability, we accept up to 2 guest pets in the Wee Anchor at one time.
• Please bring a crate for your pet, even if you do not plan to leave your pet unattended.
• Upon arrival, the pet owner must sign a waiver agreeing to pay for any damages caused or extra-cleaning needed due to the dog(s). Pet owner is responsible for their pet's behavior and any damages, injury or lost revenue caused by their pet.
• Small, well trained and well behaved pets are allowed. Only pets under #35 pounds will be accepted.
• The pet must allow inn staff into the cottage.  Pets who are territorial and are aggressive to inn staff will not be allowed to stay.
• The pet must be kept on a leash or in a crate.
• Guest pets must be walked off property, and we expect that our guests will clean up after their pets both indoors & outdoors.
• A pet may never be left unattended in the Wee Anchor. Pet must be placed in an appropriately sized crate, provided by the pet owner. Pets who cry, bark or whine when alone may not be left unattended.
• Of course, we ask that your pet NOT share your bed.
• Pet must be clean, well groomed, free from fleas or ticks & current on all vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be required.
• If your dog is not well behaved or disturbs other guests by barking, the inn does have the right to ask the owners to kennel their dog or leave. No refunds will be offered.
