Check
in is between 3 and 6pm. Check out 11am. Other
times are available by arrangement. Baggage storage
is available with early check in or late departures.
Maximum
occupancy of a room is 2 people. By prior arrangement,
we can accommodate a third person on a rollaway bed (with
an additional fee.)
Guest
rooms and facilities are ONLY for the registered guests.
Sorry, but unregistered guests will result in you being asked
to leave. PLEASE DO NOT LET UNREGISTERED GUESTS IN.
Sorry,
no pets. We do however; have a small dog that lives
on the premises. Feel free to pet and play with him,
but please, do not invite him into your room (see our policy
on unregistered guests.)
Children
by arrangement only. The inn is not 'child proof' and
cannot accommodate children under six years old.
QUIET
TIME is from 11 pm to 8 am. Our Inn is located in a
residential area, so please kindly be considerate of other
guests and our neighbors.
NO
SMOKING anywhere inside the house, porches, balcony, rooms
or the 'Wee Anchor.' A private smoking area is provided
in the back garden.
Parking is limited, so only one car per room.
We highly recommend you leave your car on the mainland.
Once on the island you can take a taxi the short distance
to our Inn. Bicycles and golf carts are readily available
for easy travel. The Inn has two bicycles you may use
for free.
Golf Cart rental is available on the premises. You must
be 21 to rent a cart, and must have a valid
driver's
license.
Reservations
require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Deposits
are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. There will be
no refunds for cancellations that occur within fourteen (14)
days of arrival date unless the room is re-rented. No
refunds for early departures or no shows.
